Please read these terms carefully before using ProJournX services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProJournX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
ProJournX is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders track, analyze, and improve their trading performance. Our services include: trade syncing from connected broker accounts, performance analytics and insights, journaling tools, backtesting features (Pro plan), and AI-powered recommendations. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.
3. Account Registration
To use ProJournX, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
4. Subscription and Payments
ProJournX offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final and no refunds are provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
5. Broker Account Connections
You may connect your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account to sync trading data. By connecting your MT5 account, you authorize ProJournX to access your trading history via read-only API connections. ProJournX is not responsible for any issues arising from MT5 API availability, data accuracy from third-party sources, or broker platform outages.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' access to the platform, upload malicious code or content, resell or redistribute our services without permission, or use automated scripts to access the platform without authorization. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ProJournX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ProJournX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ProJournX is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Trading analytics and insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Past performance data does not guarantee future results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProJournX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProJournX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ProJournX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
